3.1 Free Streaming

You may stream the music available on this Site for free, where provided.

You may not:

• Download, save, record, copy, or rip the audio in any way.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any technical protection or streaming limitations.

Streaming is for personal listening only, through the official players or platforms we provide.

3.2 Purchased Music – Personal & Non-Commercial Use

When you buy music from us (digital downloads or similar), you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that music as follows:

• You may listen to it for personal enjoyment.
• You may use it in your own non-commercial content creation (for example: personal videos, social media posts, or creative projects that are not monetized and not used by a business).

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or re-upload the raw music files as your own.
• Include the music in any commercial project (such as monetized videos, ads, brand content, films, or products for sale) without my explicit written permission.
• Use the music to train artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or any AI-powered tools or services.
• Process the music through AI systems to extract audio, modify it, create derivative works, or generate new content based on the music.

AI Usage & Rights Retention:

Even if my music is used to train AI systems or processed through AI in any way (whether authorized or unauthorized), I will retain all master rights, publishing rights, and mechanical rights associated with any transformation, derivative work, or AI-generated content based on my music. Any use of my music for AI training or processing does not transfer or diminish my ownership or rights in the original work or any resulting outputs.

4. Reggae Bass Course – Purchases & Refunds

4.1 One-Time Purchase – 30-Day Refund Policy

For the Reggae Bass Course bought as a one-time purchase (not subscription):

• You have a 30-day refund period starting from the date of purchase.
• If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within those 30 days by contacting us at contact@johnjesuslife.com and providing your purchase details.
• After 30 days from the purchase date, refunds will no longer be available.

4.2 Subscription Access – No Refunds for Paid Periods

If you access the Reggae Bass Course via a subscription:

• You are billed monthly in advance.
• There are no refunds for the current billing period once payment is processed.
• You may cancel at any time, and you will retain access for the remainder of the paid month.
• Future billing will stop after cancellation, but we do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for any remaining days in the current cycle.

4.3 Downloadable Products – No Refunds

Downloadable products, including music downloads, eBooks, and other digital publications, are not eligible for refunds.

The only product currently eligible for refunds is the Reggae Bass Course lifetime access (one-time purchase), which has a 30-day refund policy as described in section 4.1 above.

5. eBook – Use of Content

For the eBook (including The Self Aware and any other digital publications):

• All content is protected by copyright.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or share extensive content from the book without permission.
• Short quotes for personal use, reviews, or commentary are generally acceptable, as long as:
  • You provide proper credit to John Jesus and the book title.
  • You do not misrepresent the work or claim it as your own.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Site – including music, text, videos, graphics, images, course materials, and eBooks – is the intellectual property of John Jesus or licensed to us.

• Not to claim ownership or authorship over any content originating from this Site.

7. No Guarantees – Personal Responsibility
